Are you all certain that Zijin cannot vote on this? Because if they can vote, the deal is all but done.
If they cannot vote, the deal might get rejected by shareholders... or it may not... but one thing we do know is that they are keen to buy us out, and that is a good sign. If 8c gets rejected they will surely up their bid.
