If Zijin is buying, then we will be getting updated substantial shareholders statement almost daily. If we don't get one in the next couple of days, one of two things:
- they are not hoovering up the shares on offer
- they are disregarding ASX rules
If they aren't buying then the minorities are increasing their holdings (why not) or we have some arbitrage players.
Either is good news for current holders.
There is no chance that 8c will ultimately be the formal t/o offer.
