re: Ann: Proposal for Acquisition of Minority... I've been watching and holding this stock (>75k) for while now. Keep a look out for short sells. This is one coy that asx really need to look into.
On a another matter, when Stride bought out a majority stake in APH the so called 'independent board' stated in a press release that APH bought a majority stake in Sride...... I say 'Please explain'???? Either, the board is very gullable or think the s/holders are some dummies...
