What a great bit of news. Instead of a 2.5cent stock we will get a 25cent stock with barely any shares on issue and will then be illiquid. Fantastic. At least they then wont issue a billion shares to buy what they were going to it will only be 500 million or so. Consolidation then placement. I can see it coming.
Even then they wont even own the building they operate out of. Somehow that is such a fantastic idea. I am missing something. Little money in the bank, little hope of being cash flow positive before 2020. I guess they need to get some money from somewhere to pay wages of directors THAT WE NEVER HEAR ANYTHING FROM. They should justify their pay packets before they get paid but we all know this wont happen. I will be certainly voting no for this latest hair brain idea.
I cannot believe this.
