So what will the new bottom be? At the moment .02 is probably not an unaffordable spec bet. With the new .25c shares the spec bet value is still about the same and OEC can plunge to new depths previously undreamed of! As suggested, looks like they want to get set up for the cap raising they abandoned previously. Massive dilution for current holders is on the cards. The only +ve is that there just might be some incentive for buyers with the Holden deal. Are any other deals coming along? Only not selling now in the hope that some good news might turn up.
