what I find interesting is that LFS did not bid for the whole company...that would have been cheaper. So there must have been a discussion with AA that he rejected...so this is step one. AA has a plan and this is the first step, otherwise just bid for 100% and if they do not want the residual business it is easily scalable at better than the market is currently paying.
