65% of LFS shares in escrow and 50% (vendors KKR, Deutsche Bank and Varde) are being released in Feb '22- the SP of LFS will fall after that and I expect it to be around .375c by the time (30 June) the deal is finalised..........where does that leave the valuation......imo....dyor......this deal is awful...
