I may not be correct but if there are 1b issued shares and 65% are in escrow then currently 350m are in circulation, then after Feb 2022 there are 50% of 650m i.e 325m more coming into circulation, which should make it appox 675m shares in circulation........

See what happened to SZL it was $9.5 when 50% owners stoxx came out of escrow....the SP tanked to under $3 after that.......ofcurse other market conditions also play a part.

I expect the same for Latitude soon...........i anticipate it based on asset value, discounting 530m goodwill makes it appix $810-$850m assets with 1b issued equity ...so SP .81-85c.....so infact the $335 takeover bid is $134m
