Every Humm shareholder is in a different position. Those that are LTH I feel for, whereas those that bought more recently and have an avg buy price <$1 are pleased with developments.
When you break it all down Humm are basically selling a part of their business for $357M+ (based on LFS current SP) that was struggling / all but non-existent 3+ years ago. What remains after the sale remains of value.
