Price is what you pay. Value is what you get.
Given current price. It's easy money.
Not sure why anyone would sell and not buy more given potential for dividends, capital return and LFS shares at a low entry.
LFS will really benefit with this deal and lead to SP rise which would increase the value of the offer.
