as I said I am a bit ambiguous about him. However with a stake in LFS (I think he got a chunk when it floated), you would hope his “interests are aligned” with us.
I am way happier with this than it being taken private for anything less than $2. If the combined entity succeeds we will all do well, plus we still have the commercial side.
