My initial reaction is that they're not getting mine for $1.90 / share. Who do I ring at Westfarmers to tell them; "Jam your offer". (They haven't contacted me). I think it's time to hang tough and see how this plays out. The late, great and sometimes naughty Rene Rivkin used to really enjoy these types of situations. He'd probably tell you to buy at $1,85 today, with the plan of getting your 2-3% return if nothing else develops and then sit on your hands waiting for either an improved bid or competitors bid.
