    the offer isnt cheap guys. theres huge risk in financing and developing a lithium mine. lithium prices are going down for the next few years. Electric cars, despite the hype, never really took off. So its a fair price.

    all the major lithium stocks, did u see their charts? All going down trend.

    anyways we're all done here. this is a done deal nearly @ $1.90.
