HI Steve98,

could I ask you a question, as you sound like you've been around the block, lol in a good way.

I have been holding KDR in 3 different accounts for over a year.

I have never been involved in a takeover and im not sure how this works.

If the deal goes through, wand the shares sold at $1.90 will the cash be paid into our accounts or is there another process/

I have goggled this and im still drawing a blank, any feedback on what happens?
