Agreed....but if I were SQM, why wouldn't I bid for the whole shebang, knowing that my 50% sunk cost only stood at $150m plus capex share? Would make thier $/output tonne figure extremely attractive? But if they have already given WES their blessing, expect a left field bid from RIO, FMG or Livent imo...
