Cannot believe the BoD & major shareholders have rubber stamped this...... whoever in this world takes the first offer???? and gives exclusivity rights???
It was $2.48 last year and heaps of really good news since then making it worth a heap more....... we are being sold out way, way toooooo cheap.
NO is the only way to vote on this deal.....maybe $3.50 or $4...and that's too cheap
WES manipulates the share price while it builds up it's stake, every time share price gets near $1.40 they bring it back down to the $1.20's and now they are trying to tell us they are doing Share Holders a favour....
Consideration delivers Kidman shareholders an attractive premium & certain cash return:
