Does anyone have any idea how much the takeover bid is costing...

Does anyone have any idea how much the takeover bid is costing Risco, the reason for the question is i am thinking , have they factored in a length of time to achieve their desired outcome. For example if its costing 50G a week in interest and other costs there must be a cost benefit inflection point where they need to move things along or start spending too much of their own cash? This may precipitate a larger offer to hasten the finalisation of arrangements with Morgans.
