Note the following comment in the Risco Supplementary Bidders Statement Media release 0f 9-Aug-18

"No further price increase
In the absence of a competing proposal from another party in respect of Tap which is publicly
announced, Risco will not increase the bid price above A$0.091 per Tap Share during the remainder
of the offer period of the Varied Offer."

As there has now been a publicly released competing proposal by NGP, it appears as though the Risco bid price can be increased above 9.1c during the remainder of the offer period of the Varied Offer.
