Haha it's almost laughable. Bid will go through once we've lined up all our ducks. Good to take over a company only once all the mining rights and process is undertaken.... i surely hope they dont get this for anything below 40c. Id much rather the bid fail or we just buy out somehow those hands that want out. Pay out ichor and coal devl for 36c lol even then we'd still be ahead in the long run.
