On behalf of my dad I'd like to say thank you for that comment regarding being a well managed company for a long time ....although long retired now as I've written before on here my dad was a very senior Coles Myer manager ...in fact he was in his hey day the number one manager for the company ever ....and yes even though in his eighties now I value his insights and his lifetime business knowledge ....we work together well when making investment decisions for our various portfolios ...at times on our own and at other times with feedback from our brokers. My dad taught me a lot of what I know and those kinds of insights are priceless and irreplaceable imho. He has always had an incredible brain for business...that ability to sit back and remove yourself and think critically...and even in his eighties his mind is still very sharp and on the ball. I have the utmost respect for his managerial experiences.
