This will not go up unless WES puts up a statement saying they'll not be taking over. From my experience the big corporations rarely back off if they are seriously eyeing a company, the last half yearly shows close to 2.x billion of free cash flow so with that much money . So market is expecting a counter offer from WES not sure how much it'll be. IMO they should've done due diligence in the background with the company before announcing the market.
