It’s probably a little hard to do a thorough DD when the target doesn’t cooperate. My feeling is this is the end of the road for a Wesfarmers-Lynas tie up, but there is the remote chance WES could come back to Lynas with a revised proposal / price, or go hostile on market.
Still somewhat ambivalent, but now with a bias for WES to just move on.
