AB1 delisted from the ASX but the company has continued to grow as a successful private entity since their delisting. It may have been in a better financial position than MSM but I remember they were dealing in cryptocurrency (?) and I think that was a hurdle for them to jump with the ASX at the time.
It appears the MSM need to delist now to have any chance of completing the merger with RTE in a timely manner. Staying listed on the ASX is expensive while the company is underfunded & in suspension imo.
