Let's just wait and see what flows from the company in the next couple of weeks, remember the majority of shares are tightly held by investors and they won't want to lose their money.......Also a decision to de-list from the ASX might be the best move as it appears they (ASX) don't understand what the company does. Read closely paragraph (f), it is obvious the company has an alternative plan which they may swiftly effect once they are released from the drag from the ASX. The fundamentals of the company haven't changed and RTE haven't pulled the pin on the merger, if they had MSM would have stayed with the ASX as there was no need to leave. The announcement might not have been what we were all hoping for but now we, the shareholders are back in control and decisions moving forward will come from the shareholders and we won't be subjected to the whims of the ASX and at least now we have some time frame....

The ASX understands exactly what the company "does". Nothing. This was not unexpected for those who remained objective. Perhaps some of those who criticised me for selling down to free carry in the 3s will learn a lesson from this.
