Ok I found the Announcement.

So at Friday's 10.07.15 closing price of 0.042, we owe $642,315 debt and effectively paying $1,926,945.

Yeah the Debt Discharge decision was made 2 months ago and a few positive things have happened since then, but wouldn't it be better for share holders to be calculated on VWAP in the 5 days prior to resolutions passing.

Making the securities to be issued 15,293,214 not the 45,879,655.

As the more shares issued discounts the share price.

The above share price examples are on comparing like for like, not allowing for market movements.

Just issuing more shares in a company doesn't increase the MC, share price. It dilutes the share price, EPS and any potential dividend payment.
