On 6.06.06 EDE listed on the ASX with 122,329,993 shares listed and today have 945,861,754. With a MC
of $24,466,000, today's MC $39,720,000
Listed shares have increased 773.2% rounded since listing. Now some of the placements along the way are probably warranted.
MC in this time has increased 162.3% rounded. Of course market conditions have an affect here, but how much when compared to ongoing share placements.
Who wants to end up with a company with 3 billion issued shares. ( Example of where things could head with what impact on MC )
I am questioning how this one is being done to benefit the few. Yes they have outstanding entitlements, but owed $642,315 to get $1,926,945 a potential extra $1,284,630 ( Based on 10.07.15 closing price of course )
IMO these share placements need to be reigned in.
Now I know some of this information is of little value to traders, It is more for holders/investors.
