Looking at the huge turnover approaching 40m shares on some days makes me wonder if some of Noble Energy's holding might have already been sold at an advantageous price ahead of getting the shares. That would keep the holding below 50% but create a windfall profit. Probably an unpopular concept here but I call it as I see it.
