Best thing is for all holders that have a Proxy form, whether they are long term holders or not, fill in the Proxy form to vote NO to all 5 resolutions and send it in. Send them back to the drawing board to come up with a better placement to be voted on.
If they can make a placement on 11/07/15 at 0.019, ( 90% premium ). then they can do better to discharge this debt.
