means that SIO will be excluded from the board decision.
They have to make the decision on the basis of whether it is good for shareholders. Reckon that will come down to $ offer vs current share price and whether the company needs the cash - raising more on ASX is proving difficult so that could be a justification.
is there another tavr milestone on the horizon.? If so I hope they wait for that
