barra I find the proposal quite confusing so am hoping that the Board will provide a simple explanation after they finalize their deliberations. It does look like an opportunistic attempt by SIO to get control of a very valuable asset for a minimal outlay but I do wonder if in fact it may be a tactical move by SIO to get some action from the other major players. All will be revealed in the fullness of time - we hope.
