I've heard lots of times with other ASX listed companies about nasdaq listing been the golden goose, and when it comes nothing! If we and our CEO truely believe that we are undervalued and should currently be trading in the 40's + we have no rush to give our shares away for less. We should be able to at least get FDA trial approval before any low ball deal is considered. If we don't value our selves, and keep giving shares away for less then what we consider air value, how can we expect others to value us. And if they want a large chunk they should pay a premium, not be gifted a discount. Just my thoughts Anyway no detail as of yet!
