The biggest problem now is that the SPAC frenzy has come and gone and almost all of the SPACs from the last couple of years have had their share prices crushed, regardless of the merits of the individual companies. So it's very late in the game for a SPAC.
I'd much rather see an organic Nasdaq uplisting, which could take quite some time, but maybe Wayne thinks this is his best shot at accessing US capital in a timely fashion.
