looks like a flush exercise, and way too early unless WP wants the stabilise the SP and and have it sit in the high teen's low 20's.
WP will knock it back unless its a cost effective way to a US listing and access to more funds/shareholders
He's got the get those extra options in the black now that he's been riding excessive CEO salary for years while grinding us to a near flat line over the years, then hitting us with the mercer deal defibrillator at the 11th hour.
where in an X? billion target market and I dont want shareholders to see this come to fruition???? ok yes we could be a part of that long term but seems rediculous
