They can but it doesn't typically happen. It's usually just one company for one SPAC. This particular SPAC, MSAC, has been around since April 2021 and it looks like Anteris is its first target so I think this is probably it for them. They currently trade on the Nasdaq as MSAC so you can buy their shares if you want to bet on the deal going through. I will not be doing that because the risk seems to be too much but I may pick up a small amount of MSAC warrants as a gamble.
