It’s taken me a while however starting to understand a bit better.
It appears that a Nasdaq company, Medicus, has been setup with SIO holding 48.709% of their sponsor. (An initial IPO for Medicus raised $92M)
SIO and Medicus entered a deed and this deed has prompted the substantial notice due to the shares already held by SIO. So no recent (significant) purchases by SIO or Medicus.
