Few people talking about this being an opportunistic attempt to buy cheap...of course it is! Why else would you try to take over a company unless you were a competitor?
Wayne definitely wasn't talking this down. I reckon he is very open to it (probably if he gets an assurance that he will remain CEO ).
We are still in trial stage and we need more money. Whether we list on NASDAQ or merge with these guys, a big dilution is coming. That much is clear.
just wish we were closer to comercialising tavr. Does anyone have details of the trial plan? Would love to get some kind of understanding of how far we are away so I can see how desperate we are financially. Another raise on the ASX could see us through but not sure there is the interest from shareholders in forking out more $$.
Annual report in a few weeks...that will be an opportunity for the company to pitch our future to these guys and other buyers / investors.
