Do not like the deal
It going to dilute and hard to trade on NASDAQ with out dual listing
Would be good if we could hang on a bit to get a big TO deal rather than merging and dilute
If they are not dual listed I am planning to give it a good bye after a very long ride with it and a breakeven of $109. If they are dual listed then probably will hang on to see where it goes....
