Before any increase in the number of shares on the market, AVR's share price needs time to inflate to reflect the value of its tech. I think it's just a matter of time - just look at the SP graph. At least this apparently low-ball offer from MSAC might have the side-effect of catalysing the SP here on the ASX, toward a much more reasonably priced non-dilutional direct IPO on NASDAQ in future.
