Just the fact AVR entertains propositions from companies like MSAC must worry the likes of Edwards and Medtronic’s . Who knows the pair might partner up and aquire AVR ? They have to look at from a point of view if one of these two get AVR the other could be screwed . Their combined worth would be nudging up closer to Abbots as well
