Well was expecting something to happen with Gandel but thought they would least give us the drill results before trying to get rid of us .... (maybe they are good perfect time to move us on?)
.but I agree so much depends on AYC Sept Qtr result ..I value them at 4c which basically means getting the 2 AYC shares for every 5 works out the same value ...so the cash kicker is the 30% sweetener on the deal ..
Overall guess it a fair enough deal.... IF AYC are a successive Gold producer ...
But IMHO we should be getting a AYCO option as well for every 10 ORS shares which would add another 12% to the deal
