Cunning plan instead of a takeover @ 2.1c which would need 90% shareholder approval go for the
"Capital Reduction" ....
So they need 25% more to vote in favour to get their sly deal across the line ..... won't be getting my vote or my mates thats just under 2mill shares ....(might have to buy a few more)
