Well I understand as you have posted the AYC shares would pay for the debt ... then of course Gandel plan to exercise their 2c opts so another 1.5mill in cash so ORS hasn't really got any funding issues even though they want to make out of the goodness of their heart to give us 2.11c before going private ...its all smoke and mirrors ..while many spec Gold explorers/producers are booming we are told it's best to close shop
