I agree sharetrader78. And the whole announcement reads as though "Gandel Metals", which is ORS in all but name, is doing non Gandel Metals shareholders a favour ! No wonder shareholders at large have lost faith in the integrity of many of their company directors
I can't believe how our 3 directors are not embarrassed, and ashamed, to be putting such a non independent and biased offer to the non gandel metals shareholders who they should represent as much, if not more, than the Gandel shareholders. Anyway, I'm embarrassed for them.
We know who owns Gandel Metals Pty Ltd, but does anyone know who the "associates" are.
On Dec 11th ""trading in ORS securities ceases 2 business days after shareholder approval obtained (as completion of the capital return will result in securities being held only by Gandel Metals and associates)." (from the announcement but my bold type)
