    Well basically they will make MGG the exact same as this https://www.magellangroup.com.au/funds/magellan-global-fund/
    it will be closed ended but you can have DRP with 7.5% discount. Also if you hold MGG before they restructure, you will receive bonus options to buy more at a 7.5% discount to NAV
