    Hi everyone, does anyone have a view on the probability that shareholders will approve the conversion from LIC to ETF? It seems like a one-way ticket (assuming no dramatic market movements) from the SP of about 96c to the NTA of about $1.10 assuming the proposal goes ahead. Also, any idea of indicative timing? I assume we are about 6 months away?
