re: Ann: Proposal to Shareholders and listed ... I held ARQ for many years and have heard Eric S. speak enthusiastically on the Canning basin several times. He knows the enormous potential there and wants to get the company at a bargain price before the POO takes off.
Buying the company using that companies cash reserves might not be illegal but it sure stinks. From a current director it is unforgiveable. I thought he was a good bloke (a friend of a friend), now I think he is a cad and should be replaced.
On the other hand if the offer was 40cents+ it would be worth considering as we all know what a few dry wells can do to a company like BRU.
