    So VRL would like to vary the rights of VRLs preference shares so that they have the same rights as VRLs ordinary shares.

    Why would that be in my interest as a preference shareholder, when I am currently entitled to a dividend premium over common shareholders?

    Surely VRC and the Executive Directors are not entitled to vote on this matter!
