    I agree - I also hold VRLPA shares and wonder if any of the followers of this blog could assist with advice re:

    1. Not being familiar with the Australian Companies Act - I would like to know if the rights attaching to a particular class of shares (pref shares in this case) can only be altered by special resolution voted on by a majority of the holders of the class of share affected?

    2. Are the VRLPA shares cummulative pref shares (i.e. is there still a dividend of 10.375 cents per share still payable for the 30 June 2010 year)?
