No sweetener for preference holders.
i don't see exchanging an entitlement to a higher dividend for worthless 'voting rights' being an equitable arrangement.
No independent assessment - I guess that is no real surprise.
What concerns me is that there are probably a few key holders of both VRL and VRLPA who have more to gain from their VRL holdings than they have to lose from their VRLPA holdings.
Where would I obtain information regarding top 20 holders of VRL/PA?
Is ASIC the appropriate body with which to lodge a complaint?
