If Lukoil or Remus wait until close to the 14th it is likely that FAR will stay way from any such offers.
FAR will need time to review any binding offers and also time to organise a vote etc. FAR is now running out of that time which is why the language from FAR has shifted.
If a takeover bid is not lobbed next week then I think it becomes increasingly.likely that the T/O ship has sailed.
